In 1:1 online sessions, we look around in your life for areas of low satisfaction and bring them to a safe space for examination. We engage a number of tools to hear from our right and left brain selves to gain insight, relief and doable steps.
Meet with one of us for a 55-minute online session(s). We do this just a few times or as long as it takes to get the traction you want. For some, that’s one meeting for others, several months.
In 1:1 online sessions, we will look around your work for areas of low satisfaction. Through creative tools like Metaphor, Body Compass and The Work of Byron Katie, we’ll discern guidance from your own inner wisdom.
We’ll meet to talk through your particular goals or challenges and draft a proposal. Once we agree, we'll send over a statement of work and finalize a project plan.
